      为探究等离子体技术对松茸多糖抗疲劳作用的影响。以小鼠为对象,比较了等离子体处理与未处理松茸多糖的抗疲劳作用,通过力竭跑步实验评价小鼠抗疲劳能力相关指标。结果表明:等离子体处理后松茸多糖溶液的pH显著降低,Zeta电位值显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,灌胃150 mg/g 等离子体处理的松茸多糖显著延长了小鼠力竭跑步时间(P<0.05),并显著提高了运动后小鼠机体的肌糖原和肝糖原含量(P<0.05),同时显著增加了乳酸脱氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P<0.05),显著降低了肌酸激酶活性和丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,等离子体技术能够对松茸多糖进行适度改性,增强其抗疲劳作用。
英文摘要:
      To explore the effect of plasma technology on the anti-fatigue effects of Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharides. This study used mice as subjects and compared the anti-fatigue effects of plasma-treated and untreated Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharides. The related indexes of anti-fatigue ability in mice were evaluated by exhaustion running test. The results showed that the pH of the Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharide solution decreased significantly and Zeta potential value increased significantly after plasma treatment (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the 150 mg/g dose of Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharide treated by plasma significantly increased the exhausted running time of mice (P<0.05), significantly increased the glycogen contents of muscle and liver after exercise (P<0.05), while significantly increasing the activities of lactate dehydrogenase, superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase (P<0.05), and significantly decreasing the activities of creatine kinase and malondialdehyde content (P<0.05). The study indicates that plasma technology can moderately modify Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharides and increase their anti-fatigue effects.
