为对比不同材料的保鲜膜对亚低温下蟠枣保鲜效果的影响,寻求蟠枣采后最佳的保鲜方式, 在(10.0±0.5)℃贮藏条件下分别采用微孔膜与无纺布包装,并对蟠枣相关品质指标的变化进行分析。结 果表明:微孔膜包装是延长蟠枣保鲜寿命的有效方式。微孔膜包装能够使蟠枣在贮藏过程中的失重率保 持在较低水平,颜色变化维持在较小范围内,同时抑制了VC含量的流失速度,减缓了果实硬度的下降,抑 制了呼吸强度的上升,延缓了过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的下降,并显著抑制了多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性。贮藏 至18 d 时,微孔膜包装蟠枣的呼吸强度、硬度、可溶性固形物含量分别为0.79 mg CO2 (/ kg·h)、5.18 kg/cm2 、 23.97%,失重率比无纺布包装降低了3.88个百分点。但长期贮藏时,无纺布包装能够有效抑制蟠枣腐烂 率的上升,贮藏至18 d 时,其腐烂率较微孔膜包装降低了11.10个百分点。综上所述,微孔膜包装能够更 好地维持蟠枣在亚低温条件下中短期贮藏的品质。该研究旨在为蟠枣保鲜技术的开发提供理论依据,为 蟠枣贮运销售提供新的思路。 |

To compare the effects of different packaging materials on the preservation of Ziziphus jujube cv. Jingcang No. 1 under sub-low temperature conditions, this study explored the optimal postharvest preservation method for Ziziphus jujube cv. Jingcang No.1 under sub-low temperature conditions of (10.0±0.5) ℃ employing micro-perforated films and non-woven fabrics for packaging while analyzing changes in relevant quality parameters of the fruits. The results indicated that micro-perforated film packaging is an effective method for extending the shelf life of Ziziphus jujube cv. Jingcang No.1. It maintained a lower weight loss rate, minimized color changes, inhibited the loss rates of Vitamin C content, slowed down the decline in fruit firmness, suppressed the increase in respiration intensity, delayed the decrease in catalase (CAT) activity, and suppressed the activity of polyphenol oxidase (PPO). By day 18 of storage, the micro-perforated film packaging exhibited a respiration intensity of 0.79 mg CO2/(kg·h), firmness of 5.18 kg/cm2 , and soluble solids content of 23.97%, with 3.88 percentag points lower weight loss rate compared to non-woven fabric packaging. However, during long-term storage, non-woven fabric packaging proved superior in reducing the decay rate of Ziziphus jujube cv. Jingcang No.1, resulting in 11.10 percentag points lower decay rate by day 18 compared to microperforated film packaging. In summary, micro-perforated film packaging excels in maintaining the medium-term post? harvest storage quality of Ziziphus jujube cv. Jingcang No.1 at sub-low temperatures. This study aims to establish a theoretical foundation for developing preservation techniques for Ziziphus jujube cv. Jingcang No.1 and to offer fresh insights into its storage, transportation, and sales. |
